- Introduction
-
At the Japan Arts Centre, we retain strong roots with the Japanese way of development, hence the name Seishinkan Dojo
The Japanese translation for this is:
- Sei - Martial Art
- Shin - Heart or Good Spirit
- Kan - House or Building
Therefore Seishinkan means the Dojo (Building) of Strong Martial Spirit. Its aim is to develop students with healthy bodies and strong minds through the particular martial disciplines that are practised here.
The Japan Arts Centre provides a wide range of classes for martial arts including Karate-Do, Aikido and Judo. Beginners are welcome.
