Introduction

Bristol Seishinkan Karate Club follows the teachings of the founder of Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Grandmaster Hironori Ohtsuka, under the guidance of Grandmaster Hironori Ohtsuka II (Ohtsuka Sensei’s son) and the chief instructor of the Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Academy - M. Shiomitsu 9th Dan Hanshi.

Lessons

Lessons are conducted in a strict, traditional form with emphasis placed on focus and correctness of technique.

Our high graded Yudansha training here enable us to give more individual tuition to all levels of students.

Childrens Classes

A number of classes are run for children and young adults. Children are encouraged to achieve to the best of their abilities within a very friendly, fun and comfortable environment, through the experience of the instructors.

Instructors have over 20 years of teaching experience with children at the Japan Arts Centre, plus at local schools in karate, self defence and physical education. All instructors of these classes are Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked.

The first lesson is free so why not bring a friend and enjoy.
